These terms of service explain how we work with you when you use our pool cleaning and maintenance services. By booking a service with us, you agree to follow these terms. We want to make sure everyone understands what to expect so we can provide you with the best possible service.
Services We Provide
We offer professional pool cleaning and maintenance services in Florence-Graham and nearby areas. Our services include weekly cleaning, one-time deep cleaning, algae removal, filter maintenance, equipment repairs, tile cleaning, and pool inspections. When you book a service, we will do our best to meet your needs and keep your pool in great shape.
The specific work we do depends on what you book and what your pool needs. We will always let you know if we find any issues that need attention.
Booking and Scheduling
You can book our services by calling us, filling out our online form, or contacting us through email. Once we receive your request, we will confirm your appointment and let you know when we will arrive.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. This helps us serve you and our other customers better. Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
Pricing and Payment
We will give you a clear price estimate before we start any work. The final cost may change if we discover additional work is needed, but we will always talk to you first before doing any extra work.
Payment is due when the service is completed. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For weekly service customers, we can set up automatic billing to make things easier for you.
If payment is not received within 30 days, we may pause your service until the balance is paid.
Your Responsibilities
To help us serve you well, we need you to provide safe access to your pool area. This means making sure gates are unlocked on service days, keeping pets secured, and letting us know about any hazards or special concerns.
You are responsible for maintaining adequate water levels in your pool and providing electricity access if needed for equipment. If we cannot access your pool or complete the service due to unsafe conditions, you may still be charged a service call fee.
Our Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, let us know within 48 hours and we will come back to fix any issues at no extra charge.
However, we cannot guarantee results if you do not follow our recommendations for ongoing maintenance or if there are equipment failures beyond our control.
Liability and Insurance
We carry insurance to protect both you and our team. We will take care when working on your property, but we are not responsible for damage to equipment that was already faulty or for issues caused by improper pool construction or existing problems.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not responsible for indirect damages or losses.
Changes to Services or Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make major changes, we will let you know by email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services means you accept the new terms.
We may also change our service offerings or pricing with reasonable notice.
